Fantastic! Here are a few details that we hope will help with the process…
We are pleased to accept applications for campers that are 6-12 years of age. Campers who are 5 years of age and entering Grade One in the fall may also apply
Please have your child(ren)’s most recent tetanus immunization date and OHIP# (if applicable) on hand
Campers are registered on a first come, first serve basis
Although you may want your child(ren) to attend every week of Day Camp, it is our hope to welcome as many campers as possible to Tawingo this summer. For this reason, families are welcome to register for a maximum of 4 weeks of Day Camp per child.
If your camper(s) is put on a waiting list, please know that all applications are time and date stamped so that we may maintain a first come, first served order. Applications must be fully completed in order to add your camper(s) to a waiting list.
Once your application has been successfully submitted, please look for an email acknowledgement from us (please check your spam/junk/promotions folders)
Applicants who have reserved space(s) will receive a second email from our office, once we have had an opportunity to review your application(s)
Applicants who have been waitlisted will be contacted by our office if/when an opening becomes available…and spots become available often!
A $345 per camper, per session fee is due with your application. We accept Visa or MasterCard
If your summer plans change, for any reason, you have until June 1st, 2024 to cancel and receive a full refund. After June 1st, 2024 fees are not refundable unless the space can be filled, or a Doctor's note is provided
